Jeppe
Jeppe has been teaching the Alexander Technique since 2009 and had his first lesson himself in 2001. Since then, it has become an increasingly important and crucial part of his life. Jeppe's approach to the work is undogmatic, creative, modern, therapeutic and student-centered. Each person needs their own version of the technique, which fits their experience of themselves and the world. And therefore, the Alexander Technique can be everything from the perfect instrument to solve back problems to a lifelong and almost all-integrating method for the continued development of the personality - what Jung calls individuation. Jeppe tries to be as flexible and inclusive in his approach and personality as the work is in its essence.
