At VIRKELIG you can participate in a one-year transformation year or become an Alexander Technique teacher; both courses are something very special and involve extensive personal processes.

Alexander Technique teacher
The Alexander Technique teacher training is a 3-year course that lasts over 1600 hours; teaching is done 2 days a week during the day and the training thus requires both great dedication and flexibility; in return, you are rewarded with an opportunity to go deeper into the inner change than in any other format - and you get the opportunity to develop a completely extraordinary sensory sensitivity.
