The Alexander Technique is a completely unique way of working with the body; it can help with important areas that are otherwise normally overlooked; here you can learn to become better coordinated, free and effortless in your movements and to experience deep inner bodily coherence; the body can actually be an exquisite pleasure in all its physicality

Being
In the Alexander Technique, one works towards an increasingly clear and anchored bodily being; the body is experienced as alive, strong and deep, and such a being brings peace and satisfaction.

Meaning
The Alexander Technique works therapeutically in such a way that psychological issues that stand in the way of being able to work with the body - both mechanically in movement and with being at rest - are met, accommodated and over time integrated; when this is successful, it provides a deep experience of meaning in life.
