a slow and calm, but still challenging form of yoga; fewer exercises, but much more time to experience them and go deeper; the intention is to let the body and nervous system calm down, so that the inner experience can begin to become clearer; we work from finding and being in bodily balance, letting the breath and the position pulsate calmly and from there opening and experiencing the positions from within; space and time are given to let the body react and respond to the positions and in this way clarify the inner sensory reality; the class starts lying down and always ends with plenty of time to sit
