The classic way to practice Ashtanga yoga. There is no specific level required to join a Mysore class, but everyone practices at their own pace and for as long as is appropriate for them. So you must know the sequence of the poses or be willing to learn it. The teacher has the opportunity to provide individual guidance and adjustments. There is no common end/relaxation.
