Yoga and Alexander Technique

23 - 28 July - for everyone
an introduction to 'how to become what you are'

Every day we start with a calm morning session that warms up and creates increased bodily awareness. In the afternoon we have a more dynamic astanga yoga practice session. Every evening we work with meditation and with examining inner bodiliness and connections. 

We will also introduce The Alexander Technique, which can serve as a fulcrum for both the body-, food-, emotional- and thought-related work. Each participant will receive an individual lesson with Jeppe and additional lessons can be purchased from Sarah and Anne. 

Everything takes place in a safe and supportive atmosphere. The food is delicious, homemade and simple, and it will help us feel how what we eat can either make it easier or harder for us to approach a more neutral and real experience of the world.

The price includes everything: content, accommodation and meals. 

All meals are organic, vegetarian and delicious. We will probably be able to accommodate most special dietary needs. Contact us.
